EyesUp is a safety-focused product designed to reduce distracted driving by using facial recognition to detect when the driver’s gaze leaves the road. Developed through Junior Achievement, the device was built around a Raspberry Pi Zero and a camera module, using OpenCV and TensorFlow for real-time face tracking. As a product development engineer, I led both the hardware prototyping and software integration, creating multiple enclosures and refining system accuracy through iterative testing.
